To get started with OZ Directory:

  2. Choose Your Role: Select whether you’re registering as a business owner or a customer. This choice determines the information you’ll need to provide.
  3. Fill in Your Details: Enter your username, email address, and other required information. Ensure that your email is valid, as you’ll receive a confirmation link.
  4. Set a Password: Create a strong password to secure your account.
  5. Submit Your Registration: After filling in your details, submit the registration form.
  6. Email Confirmation: Check your inbox for a confirmation email. Click on the provided link to activate your account.
  7. Login: Once activated, return to the login page, enter your credentials, and access your dashboard.

When registering on OZ Directory:

  • During Registration: You’ll be prompted to create a password. Ensure it’s strong, combining uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Password Guidelines:

OZ Directory accepts Credit and Debit Card payments for all paid services, including upgraded listing packages and promotional features. All transactions are processed securely through trusted gateways integrated with the platform, such as Stripe, ensuring your payment information remains encrypted and protected.

You can easily add or update your payment method from your account dashboard. Currently, we do not accept PayPal, bank transfers, or digital wallets.

Listing your business on OZ Directory is completely free. You can create a profile, add your business details, and start getting noticed without any upfront cost.

However, if you’d like to boost your visibility, you have the option to upgrade to a featured listing or purchase promotional placements on high-traffic areas of the site. These upgrades are optional and clearly priced.

You can also download your invoice at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your OZ Directory account.
  2. Navigate to “My Account” > “Orders” or “Billing”.
  3. Click on the relevant transaction to view or download the invoice as a PDF.

Each invoice includes full payment details, GST (if applicable), itemized services, and your business information as entered during checkout.

If you didn’t receive your invoice via email or need to update your billing details, please contact our support team for assistance.
